EMPANGENI MORNING MARKET

A once-a-month Saturday morning community market is being planned to operate from the Zikulise Centre, Empangeni Arts and Crafts Centre, adjacent to the Museum

 

"We aim to be the preferred venue where both individuals and families would choose to come and unwind, relax and shop on the last Saturday morning of every month," says organiser -Julie Jonson. 

 

"We plan to offer entertainment by local artists, amusement and activities for the kids, a place to sit for coffee and socialise, interesting community awareness stands and most importantly of all a variety of stands selling quality products, food, crafts and fresh produce.  The launch date is Saturday 27th March 2010.

 

"If you are interested in hiring a stall at the market please let us know and we will forward you the application form and constitution."
